1. By participating in the Tournament, players agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the platform’s general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy, the Tournament rules shall prevail.

2. Players are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to participate in such promotions under their local laws. The operator reserves the right to withhold prizes from players in restricted jurisdictions.

3. Wins from real-money, bonus funds, free spins or free game rounds will count toward the Tournament, provided the triggering bet meets the minimum qualifying bet requirement. Jackpot wins are excluded from leaderboard scoring unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Each player is assigned a unique Tournament ID tied to their active currency. Changing currencies during the Tournament may reset progress or result in disqualification from the eaderboard.

5. In the event of a tie, the player who achieved the score first will be ranked higher on the leaderboard.

6. The operator reserves full discretion over all aspects of the Tournament. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to suspend players, adjust scores, withhold prizes in cases of suspected fraud, collusion, or abuse, and to pause, modify, or cancel the Tournament at any time for operational, technical, or regulatory reasons without prior notice. Malfunctions will void all affected bets, outcomes, and leaderboard standings.
